Where is my order?
Infusions are processed 7 - 10 business days after ordering then shipped. All other items are shipped within 3 business days after ordering.

What if my order is stolen or arrives broken?
If your order is stolen or arrives broken, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and information regarding your order. All orders are insured based on USPS guidelines.
Can I receive a refund on my order?
No refunds. No exchanges. All orders are final sale.
What if I place an order for pick-up but cannot make it?
If you place an order and choose pick-up during checkout but cannot make it, an invoice for shipping will be emailed to you. Once the invoice is completed, we will mail your order.
If the invoice is not completed within 10 days upon receipt of the invoice, we will restock your order.

Do the Infusion need to be refrigerated?
Yes, Infusions should be refrigerated before use and while supplies last. Infusions are curated with fresh fruits and ingredients and require refrigeration.
