Where is my order?

Orders are processed in 5 - 8 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please track your package so you are aware of its arrival time. Bottles must be refrigerated upon delivery.

What if my order is stolen or arrives broken?

If your order is stolen or arrives broken, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and information regarding your order. All orders are insured based on USPS guidelines.

If your bottle arrives and it is leaking, you must email us within 1 day of the delivery date with clear pictures. We will not replace leaking bottles after the 1 business day policy.


Can I receive a refund on my order?

No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. All orders are final sale.


What if I place an order for pick-up but cannot make it?

 

If you place an order and choose pick-up during checkout but cannot make it, an invoice for shipping will be emailed to you. Once the invoice is completed, we will mail your order.

If the invoice is not completed within 10 days upon receipt of the invoice, we will restock your order.

No exchanges. No refunds.


Do the bottled beverages need to be refrigerated?

 

Yes, all bottled beverages must be refrigerated before use and while supplies last. Infusions are curated with fresh fruits and ingredients and require refrigeration. Tracking is provided so you are aware of your scheduled delivery. Customers will not receive new bottles due to negligence.
